control player myself. but i need to branch out if i want to be really good or make the tour, my lists do great on ladder but i don't have much success in tournaments, i try to control chance too much, the way to get on the tour is to play polarizing decks and hope for lucky matchups in a tournament, which will inevitably happen if you give wotc enough money and time. also i'm too autistic to play anyone else's deck, i always play jank and spend more time making decks than actually playing. it's fun for me though. think i understand lands better than anybody else too, always have an optimized mana base which helps push questionable lists farther.
