For Laurelhurst Park in Portland OR, pic related are the closest Chinese options. I'm going to recommend MASTER KONG restaurant, which is not only closest to the park, but highly rated on Ubereats! My wife would probably order their Handmade Pork Dumplings with the Handmade Spring Rolls. (Note: the restaurant appears to be located in the The Ghetto, but this is Portland after all, it's the life you chose.)
