I don't know how to flip the switch exactly but you have to change the outlook in your heart. you have to go from everything being meaningless to everything being amazing. its the theraputic part of praying amd being thankful. I'm not even religious but it's true if you practice concsious counting your blessings you will have a more positive outlook. life sucks but at the same time its amazing it so weird that we are going through this existence so try to soak it in and dont forget to take in the good along with all the bad.
