The postgame as envisioned by the developer is finished unless he had more stuff that was never shown off + they added incomplete concepts and some OC fights. Also he had to program all of the attacks and cutscenes and everything himself. The postgame the guy who was still working on it wanted to do (adding a way to fight bosses naturally instead of the Dev Room, more job requests, more Undernet, new shops, etc) is not done and will likely never be done.
