Mine isn't that severe as in the pic but i had gyno since around 12, used to live with it by now at this point. lifted a year ago to broaden my shoulders and make my wide hips a bit less prominent in comparison. Switch to whole grain bread if possible and eat a diet high in animal based protein they're also high in aminoacids which will help u+med fat (no deep fry, just natural fat)+ low carb for a while. lift or do high intensity cardio. legs have the biggest muscles in body so working them will make ur body produce more T.
