I'm retarded, is the panel description in the panel app form supposed to be for other anons that will see it on the sire, or is it a super-detailed description of the panel so twifag can understand exactly what I'm planning to do?
I know it says it will be included in the schedule, but I don't know if it's the site's schedule or an "internal" one.
