All you retards haven't realized that this change actually does nothing. It's Tier 2 events and higher that can no longer host Time Wizard.
Locals are Tier 1, they can still host Time Wizard officially. Konami don't give a shit.
Tier 2 and higher events are usually done by Konami anyway, who clearly don't want to host Time Wizard anyway
