there are less than 2k characters combined across NA and EU which are above 2500 in 3s (i.e. comfortably above 2400, not parked or boosted)
to get the bat you need 50 wins where your MMR starts above 2400. realistically you need to be better than 98% of people, better than the >300 autists in your region selling ladder spots and playing their dead tourneys, have friends willing to play with you, and miraculously not get mass reported for playing instead of wintrading.
anyway that's why racketeer formats died to shuffle and blitz, they're enabling the gladiator mounts in the soloQ modes next xpac so everyone who tries the slightest bit will have them
