I don't know if anyone here can help but I'm looking for any and all armor making guides with foam and or worbla. I'm specifically looking for the plans for this one image I found.

This is my first full suit of armor cosplay, though I've got experience working with foam and worbla, but I'm not wanting to spend 20 bucks on a guide that I might not end up using.

Specifically looking for the one in the image but also down for any and all guides you might have.
