Women can't help themselves; they become what their partners are. It's like mimicry. They are born to be submissive and want to lead. If you aren't a bitch and emit confidence and show her who's boss, she starts picking up your belief, and you can turn her redpill.

My long-term college game had a girl. She was this elf-y looking geek girl phenotype that mostly went extinct after the mid 00's. She was super sweet, always brought baked goods and sketched what was going on in-game.

The token girl after the first moved away was a BPD mess. Hot in a librarian kinda way in the same way Mormon girls are. Claimed to be lesbian but got catty if other women were around and tried to pit the guys against each other.

Both really liked making characters with tons of problems and emotional issues. This was really common among guys in the 00's too actually. People wanted their characters put through the wringer. It feels like a lot of people nowadays want a power fantasy with no real challenge.

I do more mini-campaigns and one-shots these days because everyone's 35+ and tired, but one of my female players is pretty passive(actively working on her autism) and does a lot of art on her tablet. The other is 40-something and couldn't have kids and is a sort of den mother. Always surprised at some of the solutions she comes up with or how diplomatic she can be(eg sparing and redeeming enemies I expected the party to kill off).

Overall I'd recommend it. Guys will reign in a lot of their neckbeardery in a mixed-gender game.
