it is still terrible - but you just got the same amount of practice as your 20m drawing i would say. try to draw it again, making your lines less strict, direct, precise etc.
your lines only need to make your subsequent lines better (and better can be anything you wish, more accurate, more expressive, etc)
your stick figure drawing omits all the unnecessary bits (unnecessary for YOU at your CURRENT skill level) and allows you to practice just seeing correctly and placing good lines. see pic related, i tried to artificially make up what your attempts might look like.
note i am too starting out with a terrible stick figure, but with each attempt i try to make it better
after a while i start using softer lines which allow one to subtly correct lines by drawing over them with ease
note too that your lines do not have to strictly follow the anatomy! obviously, in the long run, you are going to make anatomically correct figures, but right now, and especially for this gesture practice, you can make lines that "feel" nice instead of following each body part precisely, and terminating at each joint etc
try redrawing that same figure and making your stick figure a bit better. it does not matter if you leave out details or draw inaccurately, just try to make a figure at this low "level of detail" as good as you can! keep trying over and over. remember, you took 20 minutes to create an abortion. you can now create 10 2minute abortions and you are guaranteed to learn and improve in the process!
