I honestly wonder what's the meaning behind the end.
Because if you go by the "Yoneda was right, but was mislead by Muni's lie that God dying wouldn't affect Humanity" angle, it implies that Humanity itself will also reach the suicidal light creature state.
If so, one could consider Nakaumi killing everyone as mercy (mass) killing, which for the folk who ties immortality and torment together, might be a good ending (a platinum ending even).
I wish the world could have been gaslit into thinking this was good, so we'd get a "DN How to Read it" equivalent with PE, it would have been insightful to peer into Ohba's creation process of it.
