i never understood the obsession with lucasarts and sierra. i found all their games pretty mediocre.

It was the exact opposite for me

>you have to do the same task over and over
>adventure game
>constantly hit with new puzzles types, constantly progressing the story and reading new dialogue
the only problem was getting stuck.
i agree that Myst sucks ass though.
