Maybe it's the mods I run but lords will go to a city with a tourny--not all of them but usually around a dozen. It's entirely missing the tourny win dedication and the only ladies there are the kind who could kick your ass (which are my favorite) but unless there's a war there's a decent attendance.

I would never expect Turkcuck TW to make such a robust roleplaying system like that, but it would be neat. Maybe you could just add religion at that point.
