id go to derm first or check out archives for your options. there was also a video about it on Doctorly youtube channel. basically dark pigment, thin skin (exposing blood vessels which appears dark from afar) and the way light works when you get bags (giving you a shade) are all different from each other. most recommendations you will get will be probably procedures though

some people experience that with any product. this being an exfoliant, i would expect it happening even more. maybe patch test it somewhere else to see if you are allergic to it first
