It helps to know what the hand is doing underneath. I recommend looking at a guide on how to construct hands, then tracing over hands of art you're copying with those construction lines and analyze carefully. Then draw it again next to the reference until you can draw it ok on your own. You're doing ok though! The palm part you need to pay attention to more. 3d forms and such. And don't forget the thumb can spread out pretty far from the hand and there's the skin that connects it to the palm.
