They must be aware of their Light World selves to an extent considering how many of them have history with each other. I'm also curious to know if they're aware of what specific object they are. Correct me if I'm wrong but Ralsei seems to be the only one with full awareness of what he and the others are. Queen at least knows she's a computer but is it because her dark form is a robotic woman or because she straight up knows she's a laptop?
