A few points:
1. Souzu looks expensive so I don't believe in this 14sou wait very much.
2. Two other people are calling, and not dealer. The main value of a quick hand is you stop people from winning a big hand. But if other (nondealer) people are already calling a fast hand, then stopping them has little value.
3. The main chance of them having an expensive hand is if I deal in with this dora right now. Both of them have yakuhai so they're completely capable of waiting on it.
So if they don't have dora, then I can just let them win, who cares. It gives me a shot at decent value hand if I manage to draw it.
Would you just take the 1k tenpai?
