Some content creators don't know that certain power-related sensor readings in Afterburner, RTSS, and HWInfo require a disproportionate amount of CPU resources that negatively affect benchmark results (especially when paired with an NVIDIA card).
It tends to hurt AMD CPUs more, I'm guessing it's because the CCD has to work with the IOD to compute that power data.
