The only other mainline FF you could argue does this is X and even then you are literally working with the Fayth they worship every step of the way so as to purify the organization from the literal zombies that have taken a hold of it. You are restoring the faith, not destroying it. XIII has religious aesthetics for the state organization in Cocoon but not actual religious authorities.

FF has never parroted the Marxist abolition of nations (despite Maehiro and Matsuno holding very explicitly Marxist views of history) and neither is the latter a leftwing thing. People who practice Christianity donate more to charity than any other demographic.
Any piece of media that tries to convey the reality of that which remains true and steadfast even across radical change (like a lot of good Japanese media does, as a product of their constantly uncertain cultural context in the past 1.5 centuries) will inevitably also end up being 'rightwing'. This is due to the fact that leftwingers are incapable of conceiving art as anything but a means for propaganda, while good artists are concerned first and foremost with making good art that conveys beauty by itself and for its own sake.
