As someone that has been watching anime and manga for the better part of 25 years, I can safely say that she is one of the most realistic depictions of a woman I've ever seen in anime.

Like she's a huge bitch, but not a cartoon bitch in a tsundere sense, but how you'd expect a Stacey to act.
