No it's not. Who would even do that? I bought the game on Steam a long time ago, but I didn't want to pay $40 per DLC so I use pirated versions of those, and Steam is weird with downloading mods that require DLCs of games that you already own without owning those DLCs. You don't know wtf you're talking about, anon.
