American tipping culture is fucking crazy dude.
Here in Europe, a tip is like, €5, maybe 10 if you were really happy with the service.
So the bill comes and it's €81.46 so you tell the waiter like "make it 85/88/90" and he says "thank you sir" and that's how we do it.
OR you might give him a hundred euro bill and you say "I'd like €10 back", that works also.
