>>people dislike that the gameplay is basically all math lines
That's not really true nor is it a thing people complain about. Lots of games have math. The nature of deckbuilding itself relates entirely to math. No one has said they hate playing the game because they hate math here.
>>some hate that it is expensive for comp decks
No one hates the game for that reason. They may be upset they were priced out of the game, and be mad at the wallstreetshitters ruining tabletop with their investing, but that's not a fault of the game or its creators. They release a sealed, randomized product, offering it at a competitive price. Eventually time passes, and the print runs are low enough, so things get expensive. Card legality is also very different with this product, resulting in obtuse rotations of narrow card pools. That means old cards stick around for a long ass time. What they do not do is scam their playerbase with endless premium fomo products that drive a wedge between playing and collecting.
>>mtg scrubs flocked the game early leading to annoying community
Flagrantly false. The flesh and blood community couldn't be more removed from magic's right now. MTG players are supremely abrasive towards FAB players at every store I've been to, to the point of being as loud and obnoxious for their commander events as possible to make the armory events uncomfortable. What you're identifying is that there's MTG "pros" that have come over to play FAB, and they have done so without being a determent to the community. Fabulous warriors are actually very chill and welcoming
>>something about a guy named james whos white
That's how I know you have no actual complaints to leverage against the game.
>>a few 4chan tourists get mad at shitposting and get anons banned
For five years we've had extremely dedicated trolls that vent their frustrations on the game at every opportunity. It's a deceased equine beating contest.
