Very similar vibes. Harlequins are also a glass cannon army but they get to fall back on 4++ saves instead of 6++ and have more damage output (and devastating wounds) so they do the same thing with slightly more elite units. Harlequins are honestly a little over costed right now though and lost some of their nastier tricks for previous editions.
