Man, thats an awesome song too.
Its literally about a dude that discovers a guitar in a world that has forgotten what music is. He takes his new discovery of music to the wise men of the civilization and they tell him they dont need music and that humanity is better without it.
Then the ending of the track could be interpreted as a tie-in to 40K - if it hadnt been recorded a decade before 40k ever existed.
