Can someone look at my X-ray?

I've also had a CT and MRI.

Bone spurs and some bulged discs, one is moderate. Got it done last fall, when should I get another?

I had an epidural steroid injection which helped some with the neck pain.

However, I have T1, T2 upper back pain pretty much all the time and don't know what to do about it. Tylenol ibuprofen and muscle relaxers help and sometimes tropicals

Been going to chiro and it has helped my posture but I'm still in pain.

Anyway if you got any experience with neck issues I would like to hear it, thanks.
