The game was always planned to turn out like PoE1 eventually though. Players already broke the game in 0.1 that's why they laid down the Expedition League-tier nerfhammer so soon in 0.2. Once they start stacking new league mechanics it's going to be another powercreep clownfiesta on a regular basis
