AI basically always fucks up hair overlapping/intersecting things. Usually eyebrows, but here the biggest tell is the tit disappearing behind the hair dangling down. Also there's usually parts that weirdly melt into each other, like her left buttcheek melting into the guy's leg, her left foot melting into the bed.
Shit like this is how you can tell it is actually AI and not just something painfully generic.
