Thank you anon. About your question, the other day there was much talking here about the Bridgman books. "The copy Bridgman twice" meme, wich I did a while ago, and I was checking that back. Actually that exercise didn't do much for me since I already have those core visual elements of the human anatomy in my head, BUT looking back again at that exercise I realized that it was a huge mistake to do the whole human anatomy in one go like that. What we need to do is to focus on one thing only. Do a thousand hands, a thousand noses, a thousand feet, a thousand knees, a thousand necks, a thousand arms, a thousand ears, etc, etc, etc. That's the only guaranteed way of incorporating that knowledge for sure in your memory. Otherwise, you would be learning that in a span of a decade or more doing it randomly, instead of systematically in much less time surely. You could sign up for art classes, focusing on anatomy, that would be awesome too. I wish I could go back in time and do that, 10 or 15 years ago. It would have been so fun and such a good time to remember.
