I just realized I'm stupid and mixed up 29 and 34, so my comment about focusing the conductor makes no sense.
I still did it with Iroha though but I also used a double defender strategy the first time around to make it easier. I think you could try that. You'll probably have an easier time with an A2 Kyouko too to burst down the middle one, who can apply curse, before it can hopefully, since curse increases damage taken from other attacks. Then you can focus down the penis shaped ones.
