Maybe for you, but I dropped star rail because they simply released a character that does everything better than my favorite character 7 months later (and she was already powercrept 2 months later by another generalist that is just better). Now 1 year later she only works with a single ultra specific male character unless you want to take a larger damage hit than zani without phoebe.

Regardless, if you're accepting cope options you can more or less run any team already, I run jinny with roccia fine most of the time even though they don't help each other at all. But that's only because team damage are kept in check.
