You'd have to lower lupa's damage even more than that though, she does damage closer to cantarella than to shorekeeper, but regardless it would either be strong enough that every team is shorekeeper lupa hypercarry or weak that she is just cope in every team. And if it's the former they'll have to either powercreep her to introduce a reason to roll for a character (sidegrades don't work like we've seen with roccia) or do what they did to shorekeeper and focus on specific healers that are situation and never do a generalist anymore (basically they'll create the current lupa that is better in one situation over the generalist lupa so people have a reason to use someone else).

Lupa can still be used as a cope for basic attackers, she will still give the insta dodges, small atk% bonus and off-field grouping. They can't lower the currency income, or release more than 2 characters per patch. Weapons are also guaranteed. So the only way for them to milk players is to "encourage" them to get characters they don't want with a risk of losing 50/50 and spending more.

I've been having a blast ever since. I started playing a week before Cartethyia's banner ended and now I've already 100% explored the entire Rinascita region, including Septimont. The start of the game is the only thing that can be called exploration in the first place. Once you get fully built characters and teams the open world is just a checklist where you go around one shotting enemies.
