This is my town's surviving Brewery. Like I said they basically absorbed the other two breweries so the selection changes based on the month, so the stuff they ship out to sell is limited to about 10 types and a selection of seasonal beers. The plus side is they are constantly prototyping new beers so if you actually go to the brewery itself they will have anywhere from 50-100 microbrews on tap to taste. If you really like one of the beers they are prototyping you can put in an order and have a keg custom brewed just for you.
Also the food is incredibly good. The owner loves fishing and brings rock fish in almost every day so you are guaranteed fresh fish if you order.

It was pickled whole tomatoes, cauliflower, and peppers, and carrots. There were a lot of peppercorns and chili peppers in the brine, but I could never identify the herbs he used in the brine.
