One more Anomaly question. I was hoping for a kind of Ambient Horror mode (see anything), with the option to still activate the monolith and do the ending. I see that they added a setting for inactive threats, but the description is weird
>Adjust the percentage of [major threats] that will be Anomaly-related when the monolith is [not active]. Only certain [minor] Anomaly incidents can occur when the monolith is [inactive].
What exactly does a the slider for major threats change when it says there's only minor threats? If I set the inactive threat rate in parity with active, am I still denied the majority of the anomaly events while inactive?

If so, that's fine, I'll use the the Scenario Settings to create anomaly incidents over huge min day/max day ranges so I can still see all the content while the monolith is off, but it'd be nice if that wasn't necessary.
