Ha the owner and his wife had debated selling it to me for 1$ but decided it was just more paperwork they didnt care for. and the kids of theirs live out of state and gave the dont wanna sell it nor move to run it so it came down to the owners didnt care to sell it the kids didnt wanna sell it and wouldnt move to run it so they both went ok guess its yours have fun. And I actually am glad I run it and own it now. Solves a few problems going forward with jobs and work. And sorry to hear your friend is unhappy with that and I understand his logic but I hope he can also see the potential he has to do something cool with the place and still keep on his art. Ha I get that not thinking part. I went from my cozy stocking shelves and running register to paperwork and orders and tracking and calls and all sorts of things now.
