The Situation on the Ground

The situation before the interventionist force is not good as they arrive in Ukraine. The front is collapsing along almost every axis of Russian advance. The Russians control the skies and bomb Ukrainian positions with impunity.

The first goal is to strike at the Transnistrian forces, take them out and return to Kyiv and protect it with the might of Nippon's ground forces.
