So let me get this straight: when the bible mentions "Israel" it's referring to a nation founded thousands of years in the future, that didn't exist 80 years ago, in the middle east, by ashkenazi jewish settlers from the US and Europe, many of whom are dual citizens and few of which are from the region, who are currently massacring and genociding the native population who has resided there in the thousands of years since the bible was written. That who the bible calls on us to "protect?" Do I have that right?
