How do I get good with strela? Can't see anything before they already drop Mavericks on me, and after the latest update recon drones are also very hard to see when in 3rd person view.

Also what is the logic with Ozelot being 9.7 and Strela 10.3 when Ozelot at least gets access to IRST? I do get that Strela's have better range and optical mode, but actually getting chances to fire are significantly better.
