Her features are too far apart and her face is way too long. She literally has a rectangle as a face.
It can be difficult to give her a nose even when anime styles completely ignore them but you can add a tiny shadow to imply it being there.
Her eyes are also not looking to the same place. I tried making HER right eye longer to the left and gave her more sclera but I think now I made the eye bigger than the toher one.
