Louis Rossmann is an American youtuber. He started out doing mac repair videos and then sort of transitioned into Right to Repair stuff, trying to get legislation passed to enable it, etc.
As part of his consumer advocacy stuff, he highlights scummy companies that screw over the consumers.

One of those companies was a Playstation (3?) repair software written by an Australian guy. People would buy it, use it for a while and then all of a sudden find themselves banned from the service. The guy who made the software was a giant dick, never giving them a solid answer why they were banned, refusing refunds, etc.

Rossmann did a video about it and the software guy tried to get the video deleted and channel banned for it.
So Rossmann did another video about it and the software guy tried to get the video deleted and his channel banned again.
So Rossmann did another video about it with more instances of the software guy being a dick, digged around and exposed his past as being a child sex offender.

The exposure video was great since it came out of no where. A complete 0-100 wtf.

The playstation repair software required full internet access on a bare metal computer that was your normal computer (ie. no specific repair computer) and for the anti-virus to be disabled.
It fully scanned what processes you were running and who knows what else.

tl;dr - He exposed Aussie scum.
