Funnily enough, despite numerous claims, Kogasa has never properly done babysitting and spooks babies for a cheap scare. The only proper reference to babysitting is the 4th wall break about Mary Poppins.
I also find the whole debate about who's her true self very retarded when we clearly see (and is a major plot point) in DDC's Extra Stage, that Raiko (a tsukumogami) is able to replace her own object and even teaches the Tsukumos (also tsukumogami) to do the same thing to avoid reverting back to regular objects. EVEN MORE SO, Kogasa (a tsukumogami) modifies her OWN umbrella to look more scary (akin to Ippon Datara). I rest my case, although I would still fuck the umbrella if it was the real Kogasa.
