Well, not exactly the whole meal, but the dessert! This girl loves this one special treat that’s fun to make: A Strawberry Sundae with Two Big Marshmallows on top! Kushi took the main brunt of the work to impress you, so you were left with all the control of the dessert. The whole lunch is a smash hit. Kushi is a phenomenal cook, her part of the dish is brilliant! It could have reached the top of your list if it were one of your preferences! But it isn’t, so Vortexia’s cookies remain on first for now…

As for the Sundae, it goes as well as you can imagine! A sensation! Crossbill and Vortexia especially enjoy it; those marshmallows are too enticing, but Vera complains about the serving being too big for some reason. It probably reminds her of something else. This is not to say Beth, Kushi, and Sally are coy about their enjoyment. They didn’t leave a hint of a leftovers. Kushi noting that she doesn’t normally enjoy sweets.

But the one most surprised is Zyra, who shyly eats it at a normal pace — but enjoyed every single bite to her heart’s content. It was impossible for her to hide, but no one was paying attention, all distracted by their own glee.

“You don’t have to pay special attention to me… But thank you so much.” Zyra whispers into your ear as she takes her dirty dishes to the kitchen. Not even the coldness of the dessert could hide her blush. You wink at her and say it’s no problem. Sadly for her, you’re going to keep doing this…

And that’s all for lunch! A resounding success! You inform those unaware of your plans. There’s some disappointment, but with Beth coming along, there’s hope for your return.

Vera was gonna say something but she got dragged into the Chamber of Relaxation and Comfort by Zyra and Sally, never to be seen again…

Crossbill will spend time with Kushi as she builds a more sturdy hiding spot for the scroll. There are details she wants to figure out that the Chef might be helpful with. Kushi urges you to return safely.
