Yes but i was chubby as a kid and lost a lot of weight so that apparently helps with calves and glutes (???) idk. I work legs once a week but i also do steep walks, i usually do barbell squats (used to go heavy but almost kms once under 400lbs) + front squats + bulgarian bag walking lunges + zercher squats, but on back day i also do RDLs which help tone the back part of your legs and you lower back/posterior.

Currently no i just eat whatever my family makes, i'll be cutting weight soon, once i get paid i'll have money to buy supplements and better food
