>lots of fodder enemies for the golden host to cut through, with a few tougher baddies interspersed
>then The 40k Twist™ happens, but instead of Chaos being the greater threat, its a Necron tomb world you and your buds need to violently put back to sleep as quickly as possible
and while I'm dreaming up impossible fantasies, how about having the world be a planet of loyal beastmen that are normally more than happy to die for the Guard, but are now honored beyond words that the Emperor's own protectors have come to bless their benighted world
