I just cleared Ether level 12 in new Lost Void, and I can see why people have a hard time now.
In the pervious 2 Lost Voids you were always in control where where you are and where you are headed, I think this was meant to show case how badass Phaethon is.
But in the new Lost Void mist, 80% of everything is ranomised, and I think this is a realistic depiction of what it feels like for everybody else but Phaethon, even if they have the usual carrots.
