Why didn't the Mundari people of South Sudan develop the Saturn V Rocket?
Why would they? South Sudan is not particularly suitable as a Spaceport as its landlocked and does not allow for ample rocket and missile testing and firing range in contrast to Florida and the Gulf of America. In addition, South Sudan is currently in a politically turbolent situation whereas the United States is relatively stable politically. They also had limited motivation for developing a rocket, as the first rocket to reach space was designed specifially to level distant targets as a revenge weapon. The Mundari people of South Sudan are also primarily agriculturalists and cattle farmers, so I don't quite understand the comparison you're trying to make here? It would be like asking why the Mongolians or Native Americans didn't develop rocket technology. I mean surely a white man with a high IQ such as yourself wouldn't be dishonest would you?
