Question. If I get 3 tear-sharpened, it will consume all of it and put me on positive next turn if I use any base skill in despair mode right? From reading the passive, it seems it will work on any skill at all, but I could swear I put myself on 3 tear-sharpened once, and didn't trigger the effect afterwards, or is that impossible, and I probably just forgot I put myself at 2 instead?
