She isn't the worst, but out of all the seasonal special units, she is the one with no proper saving grace.
N.clair is still decent nuke damage for blunt stages, Spice has deluge to save him from being dead, Wild hunt has so much damage ramp up, anti stagger mechanic, and eternal AoE for S2 he still holds up just fine, Manager Don is still the better bleed unit on a team.

Meanwhile Captain Ish just has her free unopposed gimmick which is random based on speed values, but besides that the rest of her kit is all over the place, she isn't a good bleed, poise or burn unit, she's just a tiny bit of all those, and her bleed requirements on S3 just annoy that even more, on top of having her shitty sanity mechanic which ruins her for MD.
I won't count G.greg, since he was clearly not a special unit, just a themed one, and N.clair was the proper first special feature.

The only way for her to flip to negatives when using her S3, is by having 3 stacks of magical arcana, which are only given on S3 use, so without her EGO being used, you'd need 4 full rotations in order to see her get into negatives without letting her lose a clash out the gate?
