....although, admittedly, the content of her streams is very much antithetical to the kind of content Cover would allow her to do, particularly the emulation and the Pokmon rom hacks. So it's very unlikely that she'd apply for Holo in the first place.
But they wouldn't reject her solely for being an ex-Niji.
